To successfully resubscribe and pay annually, you'll need to reactivate your account using your original billing frequency. Once the status is active again, you can easily change to an annual cycle directly from your settings.

 

Start by going to the Gear icon, then click Subscriptions and billing, and select Resubscribe to restore your previous plan. After updating your info, please sign out and back in to refresh the page status.

 

Once the process is successful, change your billing schedule from a monthly plan to an annual one.
