How to take a print of Debit note?

I'll share some information about printing a Debit Note. QuickBooks Online is unable to create a printable debit note. The process to create a debit note is through creating a journal, thus, printing it is unavailable.

As a workaround, you can print a Supplier Balance Detail Report. The report will post your vendor's information and debt obligations.

Here's how to get the report:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select Supplier Balance Detail or Supplier Balance Summary.
3. Press Customise and filter to only show the supplier.
4. Tap Run report.
5. Click the Printer icon to print.
