Please know that you'll be automatically routed to the Billing and Subscription page as soon as you sign in to your company. From there, you'll just have to click the Resubscribe/Renew button to activate your account again. You can also follow these steps to renew your account if you arent' automatically prompted:
Click the Gear icon.
Under the Your Company section, choose Account and settings.
Go to Billing & Subscription.
Click Resubscribe then enter your updated billing information.
If you already have an activation code click Already have an activation code? and follow the screen instructions.
If you have a promotion code, enter the code in the text box and click the Apply button.
Click Subscribe or Subscribe now to complete the process.
However, if you're still unable to view it, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. It's possible that the stored cache and cookies in your browser are preventing you from seeing the Resubscribe option.
First, open your QuickBooks in an incognito or private browser. You may use these keyboard shortcuts to launch the window:
Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
Command + Shift + N for Safari
Once you're in, head to the Billing and Subscription page and follow the steps above to renew your subscription. If you're able to subscribe again, you'll have to go back to your normal browser and then clear the cache to improve the system performance. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
I've also included an article that will help you manage your subscription information in QuickBooks Online.
Feel welcome to drop a comment below if you have any other concerns or questions about your QuickBooks subscription. I'll always have your back.
