I am trying to purge my company file but when I get to the page to select wipe it is not working.

Hello there, Edward. Let me help you successfully purge your company file.

 

If you’ve been using QuickBooks Online for less than 60 days and are unable to delete all your data to start fresh by purging the company, we can access QuickBooks Online in incognito mode or use a supported browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox to complete the purge successfully. Sometimes, this option may not work because of browser-related issues.

 

However, if you’ve used QuickBooks Online for more than 60 days, the system does not allow purging or deleting all data from an existing company file after that time frame. Instead, you’ll have to cancel your subscription and create a new QuickBooks Online company to start fresh.
