I can't pay for my subscription. It says that you can't process the payment.

If the same thing happens, you'll want to perform some troubleshooting steps. Start by using an incognito window and renew your subscription from there.

• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Also, clear the cache to fix browser-related issues. Lastly, make sure to use an up-to-date browser.
