I cannot connect my Keybank accounts

I get a 105 error

Bank error 105 with KeyBank is a temporary issue caused by maintenance or system updates. Log in to online banking to check for alerts or prompts. If nothing needs action, wait 24–48 hours, then try reconnecting or refreshing the connection.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Manage accounts under the Transactions menu.
  3. Click the Refresh all option a couple of times to trigger a manual update.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions to keep your records accurate. Once the connection is restored, QuickBooks will automatically download new transactions. Be sure to exclude the transactions you uploaded manually to prevent duplicates.
