If you forget your password, no worries, you can use the password reset tool on the sign-in page to recover your account. Here's how:

1. From the sign-in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password.
2. Enter your phone number, email address, or user ID, then click Continue.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with a password reset link.

Please take note that the password reset link is active for 24 hours. In case you don’t see an email from us within an hour, check your spam or junk folder.
