Once you resubscribe your QuickBooks Online subscription, your QBO company should be eliminated from the lists of the canceled companies. We may need to update the payment information for your QuickBooks Online subscription. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
In the Billing & Subscription tab, select the Edit icon next to your payment method.
Update your credit card info.
Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
Once done, click Confirm card or Save.

Also, I'd recommend refreshing your browser to reflect the changes. You may want to access QuickBooks in a private browser or use other compatible browsers to check and verify if it's still showing in the canceled lists.
