Question
I have phone code verification but the code is not being received neither by text nor by call to the mobile number I have set. how do i access my account?
It's been 48hrs now i can't get access to my account. I have changed email address, changed phone number, yet i can't get the code verification nor by text or call. My service provider has checked and there's no block on my account. I spoke to a QB agent, no solution given as on their end they are seeing the code was delivered. They can't do anything for me. I've tried the options from the community. Nothing works, how do i move on with this?
This is really frustrating and trying to contact customer support is even more frustrating and time wasting.
