I just received a CPD certificate for a live webinar that I attended via email. How do I transfer that CPD credit to my profile?

Please note that currently, the QuickBooks Online Accountant or ProAdvisor platform does not have an option to directly upload or transfer external CPD credits or certificates, including those earned from live webinars. The ProAdvisor training and certification in QuickBooks are separate from other CPD accreditation systems.
 

However, we recommend saving a copy of your CPD certificate in your own records or with any professional organization or governing body that tracks CPD credits for you.
 

If you attended this webinar as part of a QuickBooks-related event, such as a QBO training or Intuit webinar, ensure you keep the certificate handy for your overall development tracking.
