I'm using QuickBooks Essentials but can't find a way to record my expenses - I was to able to just take photos with the UK version but not with the European one.

I know that adding snapshots of your receipts can save time. I want to share some information about this feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QuickBooks, the option to add snap receipts is only available in selected regions like the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc. This feature might not yet be available in your QuickBooks version.

In the meantime, you can look for a third-party application to upload your receipts or manually add them by attaching them to the transactions: Add or delete attachments in QuickBooks Online
