I want to cancel my QB Online Global subscription that's free. I want to set up a QB USA subscription and can't do this until the Global one is canceled.

I want to cancel my QB Online Global subscription that's free. I want to set up a QB USA subscription and can't do this until the Global one is canceled. There's no option available to connect to an expert unless it is a sales expert and the sales expert can't help. CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL.

Do you have QB Online Accountant Global version, not QB Online Global version, correct?
