First, you must be the Master Admin of the company to cancel your account. You can refer to the steps below:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
Go to the Settings.
Select Account and Settings.
Click the Billing & Subscription tab
In the QuickBooks section, click the Cancel trial link or Cancel subscription.
Select Continue to cancel.
Follow the on-screen steps until the cancellation is confirmed. You may also consider answering our short survey about your cancellation request. I've added some screenshots for your reference:
