You'll just have to log in to your QuickBooks Online account and then follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper-right.
2. Click Account and settings.
3. From the Billing & Subscription menu, click Switch to annual billing under QuickBooks. 
4. Select Switch and then Done.
