Question

I want to print my budget showing the comparison 2024 numbers, every time I go to print it only wants to print the 2025 numbers

I am having the same problem and this suggestion doesn't work. I think it is a bug in QuickBooks Online.

 

The original question didn't have much detail, but here are the steps I'm doing when I encounter this error:

 

1. I go to Budgets from the main menu. (Note that I'm not creating a report.)

2. I click on a budget of type "Profit and Loss"

3. On the edit Budget screen, I have these settings Reference Data: Actuals 2025 (YTD) and Yearly

    - So now I see 3 columns on the screen: Accounts, Actuals 2025 (YTD), Budget Totals

4. I click the Export/Print button and choose "Print/Save as PDF"

5. When I save the PDF, it no longer has the Actuals column.

 

Why did the middle column disappear?
