To start, I recommend checking the phone number linked to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is correct and it is set as the default option for receiving verification codes. To verify, here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your Intuit account.
  2. From the left menu, choose Sign In & Security.
  3. Under the Phone section, tap the Verify link. Then, hit Change.
  4. If the number is incorrect, click the Verify link to change the phone number.
  5. Enter the Password in the field and click Save when done.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team to further check why you’re unable to receive a verification code.
