Hi, Franchesca. I recommend that you contact us directly through your QuickBooks Online Accountant account to address your ProAdvisor account deletion. We're unable to access and cancel or delete your ProAdvisor account in a public forum due to the limitations of our access.

Here's how:

1. Login to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
2. Go to (?)Help on the upper right.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Select Ask about something else and then enter your concern.
5. Hit Continue.
6. Select: Chat or Callback.
