In my Expense voucher template when i am printing left down corner my company's bank details are appearing how i can remove it.

If the bank details for your company appear in the lower-left corner when printing Expense forms, it's likely because these details were added to the footer section of your standard custom form style in QuickBooks Online.

While Expense forms themselves can't be directly customized, changes to the Standard custom form style affect all transactions using that style. By default, Expense forms don’t include bank details when printed, but any footer content in the form style will appear on printed forms.

I tested this by adding sample bank details to the footer of the Standard form style, and they appeared in the lower-left corner when printing.

To remove the bank details from printed Expense forms:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
   
2. Locate the Standard form style and click Edit.
   
3. Go to the Content tab.
4. In the form preview on the right, click the third box section, then the Add Footer Text section.
5. Remove or modify the bank details or any other information you don’t want to appear.
   
6. Click Done to save your changes.

After this, the bank details should no longer appear when printing Expense forms.
