If you are unable to sign in but still have access to the phone number or email address associated with your old account, we can get a code to access your account by following these steps:
Enter youraccount’s phone number or email address on our sign-in help page.
Click on Continue.
Choose Enter password, then select Forgot password? or opt to Text a code to your number or Email a code.
Check your text messages or email for a message containing your code.
Note: Open your email inbox in a new tab for easy access. However, make sure to leave the original tab with the sign-in page open, so you can quickly return to it if needed.
