Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
Command + Shift + N for Safari
Once logged in, check for your client's data inside QuickBooks. If it works, go back to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers in accessing the tab.
