Is the user having problems with the login credentials? Let me help you.
You can advise them to reset the user ID or password. On the login page, let them click the I forgot my user ID or Password and follow the on-screen steps.
If they no longer have access to the email or phone number, it's best to remove and reinvite them. As an admin to the account, you can remove a user. Please follow these steps:
Go to the Gear icon and select Manage users.
Find the user and click the drop-down under the Action column.
