Hello! 

 

Starting from the last week we have tried to login in into our account: [email address removed], but we are facing issues while signing in. 

We are receiving error: "Double check your info

We can’t find an account with what you entered. New to Intuit "

Before anything else, I'd like to ask if you have previously canceled your account. If so, you'll need to resubscribe to your QuickBooks Online account. If not, I recommend reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can investigate why you're receiving an error message when trying to log in. 

 

Just ensure to check their available hours so they can assist you promptly.
