The new "Help" menu interface:
Click the (?) Help icon and choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter a short description of your concern.
Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us.
Tap Let’s talk then select Start a chat.
For the old "Help" menu:
Click the (?) Help icon, then the Contact Us button.
Enter your question in the What can we help you with field.
Proceed with the Let's talk button.
Select the Start a chat button.
