Let's ensure your phone is not blocking numbers 88811 or 97962. These are the specific numbers Intuit uses to send text and call verification codes. Also, turn your phone on airplane mode for about 10 seconds, then turn it off to force the phone to reconnect to your carrier, and can push through delayed texts.

 

If you still can't receive an SMS, select the button that says I didn't get a text message to try sending a fresh one. If the text or call still doesn't come through, on that same login screen, look for the option to verify by email instead. If you switch to email, keep an eye on your spam or junk folder, and make sure the do_not_reply@intuit.com is added to your safe sender's list so it doesn't get filtered out.
