Want another login id for review purpose only

I'd be glad to help with your question about managing User IDs. Are you trying to change the login id for your QBO account? If so, follow these steps on how to change your credentials: 

1. Log back into QuickBooks Online.
2. Click your profile icon next to Gear or Settings ⚙ in the upper-right hand corner.
3. Select Manage your Intuit Account. 
4. Proceed to the Sign in & security menu.
5. Click your existing user id, then enter the new User ID.
6. Type in your password and click Save.
