We have already connected our account (Iconico 8094). It is a euro sub-account, but it appears as a dollar account. Could you please help us set it up correctly?

Subaccounts use the same currency as their parent account. Since your subaccount is showing as a dollar account, the parent account is most likely set to USD. With this, you’ll first need to disconnect the subaccount.

Afterward, ensure the multicurrency feature is enabled in your Account and settings. Once it’s turned on, create a new parent account set to Euros as the currency and reconnect the subaccount to it. This will ensure the subaccount tracks all future transactions in euros.
