What i can do when i can’t receive the otp messages ? I am trying to add new user but i dont receive it at all, even i cant log in from anather device because of the same

To ensure you receive your security codes without interruption, please verify that your phone number is active and accurate, and that our contact number is not blocked.

 

You can temporarily switch your verification method to email by disabling your two-step verification.

 

To do this:

 

  1. Sign in to your account and go to Sign in & Security.
  2. Select Two-step verification and toggle it off.
  3. Enter your password to confirm the change.

 

Once this is done, you can use your email to authenticate.
