when I would like to sign in to quickbooks online the page takes almost 3 hours to open or sometimes does not load at alli have having difficulty in working on it

Although QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a web-based service, it also depends on your computer or device's processing power, available memory (RAM), and your internet connection's bandwidth to function properly. A deficiency in any of these areas can lead to reduced performance.

 

Since you're having trouble even accessing the sign-in page, here are a few things you should check to ensure you're getting the most out of your QuickBooks Online experience.

 

  • Intuit recommends using Chrome for the best experience. If you're already using it, make sure it's the latest version by going to the Chrome menu, selecting Help, and then clicking on About Google Chrome.
  • Ensure that your operating system is up to date and that you meet or exceed the System requirements for QBO.
  • Verify that your internet speed is not hindering your QuickBooks Online use. You can run a Google Speed Test to check your bandwidth and connection speed.
