That is certainly a roadblock, but we can clear it up! Admin.

The validation error appears if the input is incomplete or if there are any formatting issues. Do not include any spaces, dashes, parentheses, or symbols (like +). The QBO system requires a clean numerical string.

If the formatting issue persists, you can connect directly with a live agent using the contact feature built right into your QBO account.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the Help icon (?) located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Choose the Search tab within the Help window.
   
   
    
3. Click "Contact Us "at the bottom of the window.
   
   
    
4. Provide a summary of your issue in the description box.
5. Continue, once done.
   
   Now, select your preferred connection method:
    

• Start a chat to connect with a live agent immediately.
• Alternatively, choose Have us call you back if you prefer phone support. This option eliminates the need to type and validate a phone number on the chat screen.
