Question

Why is my credit card showing as a positive amount? It should read -765 but it shows 765 and then as the total accounts its added to the other amounts showing positive

This should be a negative and then taking from my overall amount? Ie showing 1000 in one account and -765 in the other so net should show the difference of 235 but it shows 1765 instead

Can you tell me where the positive amount is showing up? In QuickBooks Online, positive values typically represent credit card expenses or checks, while negative values are for credit card payments or credits.

To see the correct breakdown, pull up the Balance Sheet report and click the amount.
