Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to view the credit note details when viewed in print preview in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Rezah-c.
You might be experiencing some browser issues. The program occasionally behaves strangely when the browser frequently accesses pages that could be due to corrupted cache files. To rectify this, we can clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The collection of data over time can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue.
Also, we can utilize another supported browser or device if this doesn't work. This happens when the current browser you're using has a temporary issue with QBO. Then, follow the steps below print to preview your credit note and see the details:
Go to Sales on the left side menu.
Choose All Sales.
In the Type field, choose Credit notes.
Select the credit note and click the View/Edit link.
Tap the Print or Preview button. From the, check if the details are showing.
