While we're unable to edit the group rates, we can set it to inactive, Walter.

Marking them as inactive will effectively remove them from your VAT rate list.

Here's how:

  1. From the VAT tab, select the Edit VAT dropdown.
  2. Find the Group VAT rate and toggle it off in the Action column.

Let's figure out why you're not seeing the option to deactivate the tax group rate, Walter.

To start, could you please let me know if the toggle is missing for all your group tax rates or only for a specific one? Also, I'd appreciate it if you could provide a screenshot of what you see on your end to help us offer a more targeted solution.

In the meantime, ensure you have the right permissions to edit tax rates. If you're signed in as an admin or have the appropriate access to modify the taxes section but still don't see  the option to make a group tax rate inactive, I recommend clearing your cache. This will help eliminate excessive cache build-up that impacts the platform's performance. You may also use other supported browsers if the issue persists.

Feel free to revisit this thread if you have additional questions.
