Question

Can’t reach our accountant anymore. Can we please transfer the account to us and the billing info? And remove the accountant? They registered us under them.

To transfer billing from your accountant to yourself, you'll need to sign in as the primary admin, info2259.

 

To complete the billing transfer, prepare the following:

 

  • A payment method (Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card).
  • The billing address tied to your card (does not need to match the billing address in your QuickBooks settings).

 

Note: Only one card can be used for payment.

 

Once you’re ready, resubscribe to your plan and follow these steps:

 

  1. Click this link to access the steps within the product.
  2. Select Transfer Billing to Myself, then choose your current plan.
  3. Enter your payment information.
  4. Check your email for a billing transfer confirmation. Follow the link provided to accept the transfer.
