How can I check on my cell phone app what is the total amount outstanding for 2023?

Are you looking for the outstanding balances in your business accounts? If that's the case, you can use the Balance Sheet report available in the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

For Andriod:

1. Go to Menu ☰,
2. Tap ALL at the top.  
3. Select Balance sheet.

For iOS:

1. Go to Menu ☰, and choose Balance sheet.
2. Select the report filter icon and choose a different date range or enter a custom range.
3. Then, click on View Report.

You can also use a web browser on a desktop or laptop to access your QuickBooks Online account and view other available reports, such as outstanding balances for customers and suppliers.
