You can use the Exclude feature in QuickBooks Online and delete the statements from there so you can start a clean slate. You'll need to exclude the banking transaction first from the "For Review" tab before you can delete it. From there, select the transaction you're looking to exclude by placing a checkmark right next to it. Click on the Batch actions button at the top left, and click "Exclude Selected" selection. The transaction will then move from the For Review tab to the "Excluded" tab. From here, you can delete the transactions by selecting Batch actions, and clicking "Delete".
Click Transactions in the left panel and choose Banking.
Select the connected bank account.
From the For Review tab, select all the transactions.
Tap on the Exclude button.
Go to the Excluded tab, select the transactions again.
