I have not started using Quickbooks, I have uploaded some data but I would like to start fresh by deleting everything. Is this possible?

Deleting your company data in QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on how long you've been using the product, Natasha.

If your account is new or less than 60 days old, QBO allows you to reset the data directly.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
   • Note: You must be logged in as an admin.
2. Once you're signed in, open this link. Alternatively, you can go to the URL in your browser's address bar, delete all the text, and enter the following web address instead: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
3. To confirm you want to delete your company data, type Yes.
4. Click OK, then Wipe data.

However, if your account is older than 60 days old, the best course of action is to create a new QBO account to start fresh. You can reuse the same login credentials to set up the new account and replicate the previous company's setup.

Please note that creating a new account will result in additional billing charges.
