login procedure to standard bank sa , has changed . we now scan a qr code on cell , then login on cell application. quickbooks is still using old method of email & pass

The only way to connect your bank account to QuickBooks is by using your email and password, Raving. 

Since QuickBooks does not yet support logging in via a QR code, you can use the email and password details to connect your bank to QuickBooks if you still remember your login credentials from before your bank changed the login process.

If you still can't go through, I recommend you manually uploading your transactions into QuickBooks Online to ensure your financial records are up to date and accurately reflect your bank activity.

Once you've successfully imported your transactions, categorise them to organize your records for accurate financial reporting and ensure everything is assigned to the correct accounts.
