Currently, QuickBooks subscriptions in your region are available for either 6 or 12 months, but we’d be happy to assist you in choosing the best option to get you back on track efficiently,@pd.accounts.

Typically, renewing a subscription depends on the plan. You can pick either a 12-month subscription or a 6-month subscription.

Here's how to renew your subscription:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on Gear icon and choose Subscriptions and Billing.
  3. Click Resubscribe.
  4. Pick your payment method.
  5. Add your updated payment and billing details.
  6. Click Resubscribe to finish.

However, you can contact our Live phone support team to discuss your specific needs and inquire about the possibility of securing a prorated, single-month subscription depending on your product version.

If you need to update your payment method for QBO billing, you can check out this article: How to update your subscription and billing details in QuickBooks Online.
