Some of my payments are not being linked to my clients. They were but now they’re not and it won’t let me record payments

QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically backs up your data regularly, Valery2.

If you want to have a personal copy of your data, we can manually export it.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Export Data.
2. On the Reports tab, set the desired date range. If you want to export the Lists, toggle the button of the list you want to download.
3. Hit Export to Excel.

Alternatively, if you want to create a copy of your QBO company, this is only available in the Advanced version. You can upgrade your subscription from the Gear icon, selecting Subscriptions and billing, and clicking on Upgrade your plan.

However, if you're not interested in upgrading, you can consider using a third-party app that can export all data in QBO.
