Account balance showing incorrect sum, transactions also not updating, I’ve refreshed permissions and also readded business account how do i fix this?

Permissions refreshed and readded, cache has been cleared multiple times to no avail, mileage tracker also not working

Firstly, let's check and confirm your bank's connection with QuickBooks by logging into your bank's website. If your bank is undergoing scheduled system maintenance or updates, this will cause delays in syncing transactions and updating your account balance in QuickBooks.

 

If that’s not the case, I recommend contacting our live support team. They have the tools to securely check on the issue you’ve encountered and can also help determine why your mileage tracking isn’t working.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon.
