Currently, there's an investigation between the connection of Co-operative Bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured our engineering team is working closely to provide Open Banking connections to your bank.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your transaction to your QBO account so you'll be able to complete your task. Let me guide you how.
Sign in to your Co-operative bank website.
Follow the instructions to download the transactions to your computer as CSV. file.
Once done, open your QBO account and go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
Select Upload transactions.
Click Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank, then select Next.
From the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then select Next.
Follow the onscreen instructions and click Let's go to add the transactions.
I also recommend contacting our Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users. Once the issue is resolved, you'll be updated through your email.
I hope this helps you with csv your transactions in. Quickbooks in working with the co-op to get them onto open banking but in the meantime it is a case of just having to csv the transaction in.
