Can I add another business

You can add another business but it would need to be under a different subscription. You can use the same email when you sign up there is an option for already have an account>sign in. If you follow that it will add another subscription but will mean you can in the cog of the QuickBooks access the switch company option which means you can switch between them without signing in and out.
