Can I produce an Excel format statement of account in QuickBooks online?

Currently, QuickBooks Online only allows customer statements to be generated in PDF format, Anne. I appreciate you using the Accounts Receivable Aging Detail report as a workaround.

While filtering the report for a specific customer and exporting it to Excel is an option, it done individually for each customer. To help enhance the functionality of customer statements such as enabling Excel exports, I encourage you to share your feedback with our product development team. This gives them ideas for better customization to suit your business needs. Here's how you can do that:

1. Click the Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
2. Under the PROFILE section, select Feedback.
3. Write your suggestions or requests in the Feedback box.
4. Click Next to submit your input.
