Can I restore a deleted expense account?

Hello Paul-monahan, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

If you click into the chart of accounts> you should see a small cogwheel on the right-hand side, next to the printer icon>if you click the little cogwheel then tick include inactive, then scroll down until you see that expense account there, then click on make active. This will then make the account active again to use going forward. 

 

 As you cant delete any chart of account, accounts you can only make it inactive.
