Can I retrieve categorisation of transactions after transferring from QuickBooks Self-employed to Sole Trader? Also, how can I retrieve the invoice templates?

Hello, @jalbre. Once the upgrade is complete, your old account access will be closed. In that case, I recommend contacting our live support team to see if those categorised transactions can be recovered. Regarding invoices, those templates don't migrate, so you'll need to set them up fresh in your new Sole Trader account.
