I am struggling to get in touch with ANYONE on quickbooks. My chat box doesnt work. I tried emailing to [email address removed] <[email address removed]>, NO RESPONSE.

Please could you assist with our Standard Bank Connection issue again. It seemed to be working yesterday morning and afternoon before, however we are now unable to connect again. We would like for you to ensure that this problem with Standard Bank is solved efficiently so to avoid this from happening so often. I have tried to liase with Standard Bank but they are insisting that Quickbooks needs to contact them directly. We are not happy that this is occurring regularly and would like the problem resolved asap.
