Can’t create expenses from snap receipt

Hello there, info2391. A quick data refresh is all the app needs to get back in sync with our system. Just go to Menu > Settings > Refresh Data (tap Yes or Refresh Now).

If you’re still experiencing issues after that, uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app can often resolve any glitches and help the receipt feature work properly again.

For the time being, you can continue uploading your receipts via a web browser, so your tracking stays up-to-date.
