Hello Kellybeak-gmail-, Are you usually an Apple device to connect to the bank? If you are using a device that has a banking app connected if you could remove the banking app and then try to connect the bank in QuickBooks if that still brings up the error and it is an Apple device could you then try on a non-Apple device? Thanks
