Can you delete products/services via the app?

No, you cannot delete products and services via the app; they can only be made inactive. However, you can log in to QuickBooks Online through a mobile or desktop web browser to change their status.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Products and services.
3. Locate the products you want to make inactive.
4. In the Action column, click the drop-down arrow and choose Make inactive to confirm.

Please keep in mind that products or services used in past transactions (like invoices or sales) cannot be permanently deleted. Instead, you can make them inactive to hide them and clean up your list.
