Welcome aboard to the Community, @donna58. Let's clear your cache and temporary internet files to fix unusual browser-related behaviors when using QuickBooks.

Most of the time, the stored cache on your browser can cause issues when it gets full of outdated files. To isolate the problem, let's first log in to QuickBooks in a private browsing mode by pressing these keys together, Command + Shift + N using the Safari.

Once you're in, check if you can view your dashboard. If you do, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Otherwise, try using another updated, supported browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge

For future reference, visit our QuickBooks Online Help Articles hub in case you need some easy steps in managing your QuickBooks accounts. You can find related topics such as creating customer invoices and payments, handling suppliers and expenses, and a lot more about how do I task.

Let me know if you need more help or if you have additional questions. I'm always around to back you up. Stay safe.
